Here's a short summary of the process.
As your advocate, a third-party agent who assists the vendor prior to, during, and after the sale of a property; As part of this service, we will:
- Discuss what qualities you’re looking for when choosing an agent. This is unique to you, your circumstance and your property
- Make recommendations to get your property ‘sale’ ready
- Manage the trades and stylists in preparing your property for sale
- Assist in arranging the sales documents
- Research and meet with sales agents
- Collate and summarise the agents proposals for you
- Review and consider which agent is best suited for you and your property – in collaboration with you
- Oversee all markeking material prior to advertising
- Liaise with the agent during the campaign and provide all feedback and offers to you
- Meet with you and the agent prior to the auction or close date of offers
- Attend the auction
- Help with any other aspects of the sale proces you need
